Studies, University of Sussex, 1992-1993.
Attended Course on “Management in Higher Public Administration” at the
Queens’ College, Cambridge University in 2008.

Professional Specialisation
Media in India, TV and Radio: mainly policies, structure, impediments
as well as deliveries, administrative issues.
I have focussed on the dramatic rise of the Social Media the
political and corporate ‘take-overs’ in every vertical of the media
Another focus is on the digital transformation of the media, which
has changed the entire paradigm.
My study is also on the challenge that transparency poses to the
existing politico-bureaucratic monopoly.
Cultural Policies, covering museums, archaeology, conservation,
visual arts, performing arts, libraries, archives and international cultural
cooperation.
Delivered Talks on subjects of my specialization in many prominent
universities of India, as well as in universities abroad, i.e., Melbourne,
Seoul, Wellington, Heidelberg, Bonn, Budapest, and Ljubljana, where I was specifically invited
for such interactions.
